If you are not 100% satisfied with the item, please send it back within 14 days of you recieving the item for a full refund. Item must be in its original unworn condition, and be returned with original tag and all paperwork that was included with the item. Paypal payments are preferred. If you choose to make paypal payment, we can only ship to the address listed on your payment. If you wish the item to be shipped to alternate address, please have that particular address listed on your payment. Payments must be made within 7 days of end of auction, we reserve the right to reject late payments or fraudulent payments.
We offer FREE domestic ground shipping on all our items. Please allow 1-2 business days to ship out the items. A tracking number will be provided and is sent directly to your paypal email address, as soon as item ships. All purchases over $250 will require signature confirmation upon delivery. All international orders are shipped via USPS at a nominal cost. The allotted time shown for priority (6-10 days) and express (5 days) is for item to get within the country. There might be additional time required for customs to clear item. If you wish to provide special instructions for your shipment please do so before or immediately after your purchase. We are not responsible for any customs incurred while receiving your item.
If the item is not as described in the auction you will be refunded 100% of the price of the auction and shipping. Returns for any other reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for all items under $500 and a 8% restocking fee for all items over $500. The customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving the item without any restocking fee. The item must be in its original, unworn condition for an exchange or refund.
