Richard Mille 42MM Transparent Dial White Straps (2019) Ref.RM030
The Richard Mille is an automatic winding watch with a declutchable rotor, a feature designed to prevent overwinding by automatically disengaging the winding mechanism when the mainspring is fully wound at 50 hours of power reserve. When the power reserve drops below 40 hours, the rotor re-engages to wind the watch. This function is indicated by an "ON/OFF" display on the dial. The watch's skeletonized automatic movement, the Caliber RMAR1, also features hours, minutes, seconds, and an oversized date display. The case is crafted from lightweight and durable materials, such as grade 5 titanium, often used in aerospace and Formula 1 racing cars, and is typically paired with a rubber strap. The tonneau-shaped case, which measures approximately 50mm by 42.7mm, is water-resistant to 50 meters and is assembled with grade 5 titanium spline screws.
