If the item is not as described in the auction you will be refunded 110% of the price of the auction and shipping.  Returns for any other reason will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for all items under $500 and a 8% restocking fee for items over $500.  The customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a refund.  Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving the item without any restocking fee.
